We are a very small family farm producing the very highest quality culinary and decorative products.

Nestled in the pristine Klamath River valley Claudia’s Organic herb farm is situated on a forest knoll directly above the river. The property is an 80 acre homestead settled at the turn of the 20th century, the farmhouse and barn which we still use are both original.

This family farm is focused primarily on culinary herbs but we also cultivate  edible flowers, asparagus, beets, three varieties of garlic, sweet and storage onions, spring mix, tomatoes, boysenberries, black mission figs and three varieties of wine grape.

Specialty herbs and flowers such as stevia, lavender, roses, and white sage also available.

Ingredients: Organic Basil, Organic Greek Oregano, Organic Sweet Marjoram, Organic Rosemary, Organic Sage, Organic Thyme

Fresh cut herbs have been air dried, cured and blended since Claudia and Von started farming over 25 years ago. 

Though dried herbs never deliver the same experience or potency as fresh when left in the whole leaf form the essential oils can be released through crushing at the time of use. For this reason our dried culinary herbs are left in as whole leaf as possible. 

We recommend rubbing the herbs between palms or using a mortar and pestle if you have one on hand.
